Because our technicians are also constructing hardness tester they can repair any hardness tester, not only Gnehm Härteprüfer® devices. We are working with certified measurement equipment only. We will be glad to hand out the copies of these certificates (METAS, MPA / DKD). By this our services are always traceable.

Our Service includes the following:

Checking the load levels using a reference load cell and if necessary recalibration
Check the optical device with reference object micro meter and if necessary recalibration of the individual magnifications
Execution of indirect tests with officially certified hardness comparison plates
Visual examination of intentor and checking the traceability
Check indentor, test deck and spindle
Check and clean the optics, mirror and focusing screen
Inspection and cleaning of mechanical moving parts, correct and adjust them
Control of the camera (if available)
Control of the software (if available)
Attaching an inspection sticker on the machine
